Discover Howiework
It’s been nearly three years since Howiework.com’s last major update in September 2022. This time, I’ve revamped both the design and development with a modern tech stack. Along with the update, Howiework is expanding its mission to better support small startups and young professionals navigating today’s challenges.
While we’ll still offer core services like branding, website design, and development, Howiework is evolving into a platform for sharing insights, knowledge, and industry updates to help individuals and businesses stay ahead.
Moving forward, I’ll focus on key topics like smarter workflows with AI, professional motivation, work-life balance, and bridging the physical and digital worlds.
ABOUT
Hao is a web developer, multi-disciplinary designer, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Cloud Practitioner achiever with a background in architecture, based in the U.S. He earned his Master’s degree from the University of Virginia and is passionate about continual learning, holding over ten certifications (and counting) on Udemy.
With expertise in both design and development, Hao consults for small startups and young professionals to bring their ideas to life while sharing insights online. He is currently a multimedia creative professional at the UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center, where his work has helped double website traffic—growing from 3.8K new users and 9.6K visits in 2023 to 6.9K new users and 18K visits in 2024.
